Elastic Search not finding updated documents
Check if the service 'Elastic Search' is running on the application server. Start if stopped. Otherwise restart it as it may be stuck.
If there are still problems with documents not indexing then Reindex with the below on the server running Elastic Search via admin command prompt. Important Note: Elastic will go down for a few minutes while it reindexes.
1) Set cmd to be running in the following directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Formpipe Software AB\Platina Indexing Service
2) Run PlatinaSearchIndexingService.exe /reindex
This will take a while to run, usually 5-10 minutes. We can assist as needed or if there are still problems.
